PetFluencer Fashion is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company's postal address is Regeringsgatan 91, 11139 Stockholm.

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. In the confirmation you will find information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact me via e-mail to info@luxurydog.shop .
PetFluencer Fashion's normal delivery times are 1-5 days. Orders placed on weekends are sent on the following Monday at the earliest.
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
I reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to info@luxurydog.shop . In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
  • You must return the products to me immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the right of withdrawal has been approved.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • From the refund amount, I reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value, compared to the original value of the product, in the case of a used or damaged product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
  • Products which, due to health or hygiene reasons, are packaged (plasticized) and where the seal (plastic packaging) has been broken by you, e.g. skin and dental care products.
  • Specially ordered product, which has been brought home especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food
Claims and complaints
I inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, I undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact me for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any errors or defects must always be reported to info@luxurydog.shop where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If I am unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, I will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. I am responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • I reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, I follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Limitation of liability
I take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
I accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond my control.
Product information
I reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sale of products. I do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. I always try my best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

Payment provider

If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
  • The payment providers (payment services) that PetFluencer Fashion uses are those offered by Shopify: Klarna, Apple Pay, Card payment (incl. Amex) etc.
Freight company
  • In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, I need to share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address information for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.
  • The shipping company PetFluencer Fashion works with is Postnord.
If you have chosen to subscribe to my newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to be able to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
The right of access
You have the right to receive extracts of all information that is available about you at PetFluencer Fashion. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

In the event of a dispute, PetFluencer Fashion follows the decision of ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body.
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
